What you'll do

• Provides professional nursing care to residents.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Documents resident interactions and communicates changes in condition.
• Counsels residents and family members on treatment plans.
• Performs technical support to healthcare professionals.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Experience

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
