What you'll do

• Develop and administer compensation programs, salary structures, incentive plans, and policies
• conduct market pricing and pay equity analyses
• lead merit and incentive processes
• manage health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits
• oversee open enrollment and benefits compliance
• own HRIS and workforce analytics
• oversee payroll controls and audits
• advise leaders on workforce planning, compensation, retention, and organizational design
• develop policies and monitor regulatory changes.
