The Industrial Maintenance Technician, HVAC role is onsite in Clarksville, TN, with pay of $29.85–$34.25 per hour. The position is part of Hankook Manufacturing’s Facility Technology Team and works core business hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The technician maintains and repairs facility and utility equipment to support safe, reliable operations and high machine uptime. Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and accurate maintenance records help keep infrastructure and production-support equipment operating effectively.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, shutdown, and breakdown maintenance on utility equipment and facility infrastructure
• maintain and repair boilers, compressors, cooling towers, water systems, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, valves, and forklift equipment
• calibrate scales and temperature and pressure instruments to ISO and IATF standards
• conduct vibration analysis and report findings
• document maintenance activities
• work from blueprints and procedures
• follow safety standards.
