What you'll do

• Build and test invoice extraction on real-world documents, including scans, duplicates, and missing fields
• define how the system handles uncertainty and what users see when processing stops
• validate accuracy against historical invoices in an auditable manner
• run a 30-day parallel pilot and adjust based on results
• deliver a system the client can operate after handoff.
