What you'll do

• Lead engineering across managed services, federal consulting, and NG9-1-1 interoperability test lab operations
• translate company goals into technical roadmaps and manage deployment
• oversee daily engineering operations, resources, milestones, and budgets
• partner with executives on strategy
• provide technical leadership in IP networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and public safety communications
• oversee cybersecurity activities and platform hardening
• lead, coach, and develop engineering teams.
