What you'll do

• Check patient insurance benefits and obtain required authorizations before DME delivery
• determine and collect required payments before dispensing items
• dispense inventory and maintain optimum stock levels
• assist with fitting items when other staff are with patients
• schedule patients in Greenway and Microsoft Outlook with the proper provider when products must be ordered or custom items are needed
• answer and transfer calls as required.
