The Structural Packaging & Retail Display Specialist is a hybrid role in St. Louis, MO, with onsite work Monday–Thursday and work-from-home Fridays; compensation is up to $61 per hour plus overtime. The role supports display development for a Fortune 100 food and beverage manufacturer, with travel up to 20%. The role exists to turn concepts into structurally sound promotional packaging and retail displays that withstand supply-chain handling and create visual impact. It coordinates design, testing, suppliers, co-packers, and internal teams from concept through manufacturing and deployment.

What you'll do

• Develop concepts, design specifications, and promotional packaging specifications
• advise on artwork based on printing methods
• manage supplier and co-packer relationships
• conduct formal shipping tests for structural integrity and supply-chain compatibility
• propose improvements to existing point-of-purchase displays
• support display development through manufacturing, co-packing, and deployment
• coordinate with cross-functional teams
• travel to co-packers for start-ups as needed.
