What you'll do

• Partner with Daniel on guest selection, episodes and editorial direction
• oversee production from pre-production and booking through recording, post-production and distribution
• manage the show budget and production operations
• build and lead the team
• develop platform relationships and monetization strategies
• track business metrics
• manage marketing and communications efforts and use audience data to refine content strategy.
