Pump Truck Operator – Industrial Operator (CDL Driver) is an onsite role in Columbus, OH, paying $22–$30 per hour. The position supports Haven Services' Excavation and Industrial Division, including hydro excavation, septic and grease trap pumping, sewer cleaning, and equipment transportation. The operator safely runs and maintains pump, hydro-vac, jet-vac, and dump trucks and related equipment while completing industrial service work and transporting heavy equipment. The role also includes inspections, job-site setup, required service and compliance records, and professional communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

• Safely operate pump, hydro-vac, jet-vac, and dump trucks and equipment-hauling trailers
• perform grease trap and septic pumping, hydro excavation, and sewer and storm-drain cleaning
• transport track hoes and backhoes
• inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment
• set up and dismantle excavation equipment and job sites
• operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems
• complete service tickets, DOT inspection reports, and disposal and manifest records
• and follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements. A valid Class A or B CDL is required. The schedule may include nights, weekends, on-call rotations, overtime, and holidays.
