Service Sales Representative (Fire)

The Service Sales Representative (Fire) role is an onsite position located in Irving, TX. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $72,000 per year plus incentives for this full-time role, which supports the sales department in growing service agreements. This role exists to develop new business and expand existing customer relationships through planned service agreement sales for fire and building systems. The representative contributes to the team by identifying customer needs, conducting building surveys, and closing sales to meet objectives.

What you'll do

• Promote and sell planned service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspections.
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of service contracts.
• Develop positive customer relationships and build trust through consistent follow-up and professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and create a sales strategy that matches the building, account, and service opportunity.
• Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives and maintain a healthy proposal backlog.
• Conduct building surveys to support estimates and develop accurate sales proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, correspondence, expenses, and competitive activity.
• Submit sales reports on time and keep internal stakeholders informed of pipeline status and customer developments.
