Edibles Production Associate — Medicinal Cannabis

What you'll do

• Prepare cannabis-infused food and beverage products according to approved recipes and schedules
• measure, weigh, mix, and portion ingredients
• operate commercial kitchen and production equipment
• follow GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and cannabis regulatory requirements
• stage ingredients and verify inventory
• monitor product quality
• package and label finished products
• clean and maintain equipment and workstations
• complete production logs and batch records
• collaborate with production, quality, and kitchen teams.
