The analyst will oversee plan administration, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, and develop communication programs to promote retirement readiness among employees.

• Lead administration of retirement programs
• manage relationships with recordkeepers and trustees
• monitor plan performance metrics
• oversee contribution processing
• audit plan eligibility and data integrity
• serve as escalation point for inquiries
• lead retirement-related projects
• ensure compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations
• develop retirement communications and education programs.
