Automotive Paint Technician

What you'll do

• Prioritize daily workload
• perform refinishing procedures to factory specifications
• mix and tint paint to match vehicle colors
• follow OEM blending formulas, top-coat application, and curing standards
• sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicles
• maintain tools, workspace, paint booth, and filters
• use required safety equipment and handle hazardous waste properly
• manage paint supplies and inventory
• attend daily release meetings.

Why this role

Requires 2–5 years of automotive painting and refinishing experience, I-CAR Gold or ASE refinishing certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with an insurable record. Monday–Friday hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with every other Saturday 8 a.m.–noon. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
