What you'll do

• Facilitate planned activities for residents
• assist and escort residents to activities and outings
• maintain rapport with families and encourage their support
• record attendance and participation
• provide input on resident participation when requested
• communicate concerns and responses to supervisors
• support volunteers and volunteer programs
• clean activity equipment and materials
• participate in survey, regulatory, and accreditation processes.
