What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for mitigation, reconstruction, contents, fire, water, mold, storm, roofing, and related restoration work
• use Xactimate and Symbility
• inspect and scope complex losses onsite
• assemble estimate packages and supporting documentation
• communicate with adjusters, carriers, TPAs, and reviewers
• handle revisions, supplements, and change orders
• maintain estimating records
• improve documentation standards and workflows
• hand approved projects to Operations or Billing.
