What you'll do

• Assist with long-term AI/RPA integration plans
• collect and synthesize data to inform adoption strategies and measure mission impact
• coordinate integration across functional areas
• identify opportunities through workflow observation and user engagement
• evaluate tools and recommend improvements
• provide hands-on user training and technical advisory support
• support prototyping, testing, and transition of solutions
• develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides
• coordinate needs assessments
• facilitate innovation challenges
• maintain knowledge repositories
• participate in governance bodies and working groups.
