What you'll do

• Provide personal care and daily living services according to schedules and Individual Service Plans, including transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, housekeeping, laundry, errands, and emergency response
• health maintenance, bowel programs, and wound care may be performed as permitted by state regulations
• document daily observations
• dispense and document medications
• follow health and safety requirements
• communicate with families and the company
• transport and supervise individuals
• complete training
• and support cross-training and staff meetings.
