What you'll do

• Select customer orders for loading
• load trailers promptly
• document trailer temperatures and fuel levels
• secure loads with load bars and straps and document their use
• ensure coolers and trailers are clean before loading
• rotate product
• supply the processing department with empty carts and packaging materials
• report quality and food safety issues to management
• follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment.
