What you'll do

• Provide courteous guest service
• assist with maintenance of refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, air conditioning, ice machines, lighting, kitchen and emergency equipment, and other building systems
• complete projects to specifications and on time
• maintain key inventory
• support telephone, internet, movie, and cable systems
• participate in preventive maintenance
• keep work and storage areas orderly
• help prepare the building for inspections.
