Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in West Lebanon, NH, with Monday–Friday in-office core working hours. Pay is $20–$23 per hour, based on experience. The role exists to guide customers from initial inquiry through scheduled service or sales. It contributes to sales growth and reliable service by answering questions, following up on leads and quotes, coordinating with shops and field teams, and maintaining accurate customer and job records.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers

• make outbound follow-up calls
• convert inquiries into appointments or sales opportunities
• coordinate job details, pricing, and scheduling with shops and field teams
• maintain customer, job, quote, and follow-up records
• support scheduling, orders, payments, invoicing, and insurance communications.
