What you'll do

• Partner with leaders and employees on strategic and tactical HR issues
• improve work relationships, engagement, productivity, and retention
• manage employee relations and conduct investigations
• participate in operational meetings and business reviews
• advise on workforce planning and organizational design
• train managers on performance management, talent development, and employee relations
• implement HR process best practices
• lead the annual internship program
• manage strategic projects and change initiatives
• travel as needed for business meetings.
