Full-Time Senior Sales Associate

The Full-Time Senior Sales Associate role is an onsite position located in Potomac, MD. 00 - $16.00/hr plus commission, and this role supports the retail operations of Music & Arts. This role exists to consistently achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives. The associate provides superior customer service and takes on senior-level responsibilities to ensure the store operates effectively and meets its business targets.

What you'll do

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program
• Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Promote customer loyalty
• Participate in store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
• Maintain store security.
