Direct Care Staff — Second Shift

The Direct Care Staff — Second Shift role is onsite in San Tan Valley, AZ, and pays $17–$20 per hour. Elite Power Group Homes provides care and support to youth residents ages 11–18 in a behavioral health group home. The staff member supports residents’ daily living, safety, and recovery by following individual care plans, monitoring and documenting behavior, assisting during crises, facilitating group activities, and communicating with residents, families, and the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• observe and document behavior, emotional status, and interactions
• report concerns to supervisors
• use de-escalation techniques and support residents during crises
• follow individual care plans
• facilitate group activities
• maintain accurate records
• communicate with residents, families, and team members
• help maintain a clean and safe living environment.
