What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
• support and update resident care plans
• conduct rounds and monitor care practices
• document nursing notes and assessments
• complete admission, discharge, and transfer processes
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• coordinate with physicians and families about changes in condition
• obtain ordered tests and record vital signs
• support infection-control, safety, and facility procedures.
