This role is responsible for inspecting Red Alert orders for damages, overseeing repairs, verifying product accuracy against customer notes, and ensuring correct product is sent to the customer.

What you'll do

• Inspect all Red Alert orders for damages.
• Perform or oversee repairs to Red Alert orders.
• Review customer R/A notes to ensure product meets requests.
• Contact customers regarding discrepancies.
• Verify SKU for each customer.
• Observe loading of Red Alert product.
• Locate and strip factory wrap if needed.
• Move and place furniture.
• Use Kevlar glove and box cutter.
• Wrap products in bubble wrap or sofa/chair bags.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Prior customer service or warehouse experience is not required.
