The Rewind Operator, Second Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Green Bay, WI, paying $17 to $19 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Smyth’s Print Finishing team produces labels for well-known brands. The operator supports high-quality label production by setting up and operating rewind equipment, inspecting finished labels, following production specifications, documenting work, performing routine maintenance, and identifying process improvements.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment
• inspect finished labels for quality
• follow production specifications and work priorities
• complete production documentation
• perform routine preventative maintenance
• identify process and Lean improvement opportunities.
