What you'll do

• Own conversion-rate optimization and funnel analysis for an assigned business area
• analyze traffic routing and distribution across sites and monetization paths
• design, size, and run experiments and build measurement frameworks linking changes to revenue
• create repeatable analytics frameworks and tooling for expansion across business areas
• build dashboards, automate recurring reporting, and document work
• partner with Product, Engineering, and Design
• mentor junior analysts and grow toward people leadership.
