The Preschool Lead Teacher — EEC Certified role is onsite in Natick, MA. Pay is $24–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. The Learning Experience’s preschool classroom supports children’s foundational learning and development before kindergarten. The teacher leads daily classroom routines and learning activities, implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and supports children’s academic, social-emotional, and independence skills. The role also guides assistant teachers, communicates with families, documents development, and maintains a safe and engaging classroom in accordance with Massachusetts EEC requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• create experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development
• encourage independence, problem-solving, communication, and positive peer relationships
• use positive guidance and consistent routines
• observe and document children’s development
• guide and support assistant teachers
• communicate regularly with families
• maintain a safe, organized classroom
• follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
