Senior Tax Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and fiduciary tax returns
• maintain client relationships
• manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• review staff work and provide coaching
• assist with tax research, planning, and special projects
• identify client service and tax improvement opportunities
• manage engagement workflow, budgets, and realization
• prepare invoices and assist with collections
• resolve tax and accounting matters
• prepare workpapers and projections
• mentor staff
• support onboarding and training
• and participate in firm initiatives, recruiting, networking, and business development.
