What you'll do

• Prep cooks label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, and sort produce and meats
• measure ingredients
• follow prep lists
• monitor food and cooling-room temperatures
• store food properly
• maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen
• and assist chefs. Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and a clean supply of dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware while following sanitation standards.
