What you'll do

• Advise employees on employment matters, policies, benefits, and workplace concerns

• oversee recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records

• coordinate training and compliance
• oversee HRIS transactions in Paylocity
• prepare HR reports
• coordinate annual HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; 10+ years of HR management, employee relations, and leadership experience in healthcare; experience in a Joint Commission-accredited healthcare organization; and PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; the posting states no weekends.
