What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and agents, property and facility managers, plumbers, and fire departments
• conduct visits, calls, meetings, and event outreach
• identify referral opportunities and manage leads through handoff to operations
• attend networking and industry events
• coordinate with estimators, project managers, and operations
• communicate partner expectations
• report market insights
• maintain CRM records and track activity against goals
• manage territory and follow-up.
