What you'll do

• Lead operational employees and data center service delivery
• hold staff meetings and performance reviews
• recruit, train, and develop technicians
• manage operational finances and budgets
• prioritize trouble tickets and coordinate change management
• manage colocation space, racking, cabling, rack documentation, and asset inventory
• maintain Windows and Linux server configuration and patch levels
• maintain the on-call schedule
• maintain disaster recovery documentation and schedule testing
• manage physical security and access
• manage storage capacity, backups, monitoring, and alerts
• manage projects and coordinate with tenants and related teams.
