What you'll do

• Welcome customers from vehicle check-in through delivery
• document vehicle symptoms and service needs
• review vehicle history and recommend maintenance
• prepare repair orders and estimates
• explain technician findings
• obtain authorization before additional work
• communicate vehicle status, pricing, parts, and timing
• coordinate with technicians, Parts, and service leadership
• review repairs and invoices
• follow up with customers
• maintain accurate system records.
