The Help Desk Support Specialist – Vital Records role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The position supports the Vital Records Program and its ROVER tools.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for the Vital Records Help Desk
• respond to requests involving onboarding, offboarding, training, data quality, and platform support
• resolve or route issues and troubleshoot access, usage, and workflow problems
• coordinate training requests and follow-up
• help identify documentation gaps and support process improvements
• contribute to webinars, virtual sessions, written guides, user testing, manuals, and process documentation
• monitor compliance with applicable data accuracy, integrity, and reporting requirements
• provide programmatic and administrative support.
