What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with product information, pricing, lead times, order assistance, and complaint support
• coordinate expedited requests and resolve order-related issues with internal departments
• enter quotes and orders into the ERP system and review purchases for accuracy
• track outstanding quotes and requests
• maintain customer records and documentation
• obtain authorized financial information
• support customer service and administrative tasks.
