It supports project controls through cost forecasting, estimating, and analysis of construction scopes and changes.

What you'll do

• Use Excel to analyze and aggregate budget, actual-cost, and forecast-cost data
• assist with project budgets, actual-cost tracking, and cost forecasts
• interface with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction managers
• estimate construction costs and change-order scopes
• compare independent estimates with contractor proposals.
