What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers
• provide emotional support and companionship
• take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed
• report condition changes to nursing staff
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• support restorative and rehabilitative care
• respect resident rights and privacy
• collaborate with team members.
