Parts Inventory Control Analyst

The Parts Inventory Control Analyst role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with compensation of $20.17–$34.57 per hour. The position supports inventory management for CAT and allied product lines at HOLT CAT. The role exists to maintain accurate, appropriately stocked inventory and improve inventory performance. It analyzes stock and demand, coordinates ordering and vendor processes, supports branch personnel with training, and helps reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

What you'll do

• Analyze inventory performance and develop plans for obsolete, excess, and slow-moving stock
• manage inventory for promotions and seasonal demand
• analyze reports and procure stock
• monitor stocking levels and pricing accuracy
• coordinate vendor shipments, returns, credits, and claims
• manage Vendor Managed Inventory programs
• train parts sales and branch personnel on inventory processes
• identify purchasing discounts and cost reductions.
