Glass Melting Technician

What you'll do

• Monitor furnace activity through SCADA and follow prescribed response and maintenance procedures
• record and analyze melt parameters
• operate automated and specialized glass-processing equipment
• execute furnace melting and operational schedules
• inventory and organize refractories
• collaborate with engineering on process development, equipment optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
