What you'll do

• Remove lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets
• manually sort pallets by type and condition
• inspect pallets for damage, missing boards or blocks, and exposed nails
• maintain a clean work area and established production rate
• follow equipment, material-handling, and safety procedures
• assist with other duties supporting team operations.
