The Signal Integrity & Power Integrity Engineer is an onsite role in Mountain View, CA. Compensation is $215,000–$275,000 per year. The engineer supports DensityAI’s AI accelerator platform, working across die, package, board, and system design. The role owns signal- and power-integrity analysis and signoff, setting budgets and evaluating high-speed channels and power-delivery networks. This work helps design teams assess electrical performance and proceed with confidence toward tape-out and system build.

What you'll do

• Own signal-integrity and power-integrity analysis and signoff across silicon, package, board, and system
• model high-speed interface channels and power-delivery networks
• set SI/PI budgets
• use and develop AI-assisted modeling, extraction, and signoff flows
• perform link budgeting, channel modeling, S-parameter extraction, IBIS-AMI, IR-drop, PDN, and EM/thermal-aware analysis
• collaborate with package, PCB, physical-design, and architecture teams.
