What you'll do

• Process orders, quotations, back orders, and return material authorizations
• provide updates on product availability, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines
• interpret specifications and technical documentation to guide customers to suitable motors and products
• coordinate with sales, logistics, and engineering
• support warranty claims and returns
• maintain account and communication records in the CRM
• build and maintain product expertise
• introduce products and promotions to existing accounts
• engage prospects and customers in sales conversations.
