What you'll do

• Review and clean Salesforce customer and prospect records
• validate account, contact, and lead data
• use Excel or Google Sheets to organize and cross-check data
• conduct warm and occasional cold calls, follow-up emails, surveys, and discovery outreach
• support sales operations and process-improvement projects.
