Compensation is $5 per hour. The Registered Nurse (RN) – Mercy South Float Pool role is an onsite position based in Saint Louis, MO. This role exists to provide high-quality, flexible nursing care across various departments, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg. By floating between units, the RN gains diverse clinical experience and helps maintain staffing continuity, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.

What you'll do

• Provide bedside nursing care across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Maintain professional accountability for patient care.
• Coordinate care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
