Certified Project Manager

Job overview

The Certified Project Manager role is remote for candidates who are current Wisconsin residents, with onsite attendance at a Wisconsin office at least once per quarter. Compensation is $70–$75 per hour. The position is with Codeworks, an LRS company, and leads enterprise transformation and organizational initiatives. The role guides complex projects from initiation through implementation and closeout, coordinating business, technology, vendor, and change-management workstreams. It establishes governance and reporting, manages risks and resources, and works with executives and stakeholders to deliver measurable organizational outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead complex enterprise projects through implementation, transition to operations, and closeout
• maintain charters, plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, status reports, and governance artifacts
• manage concurrent business, organizational change, vendor, and technology workstreams
• facilitate executive meetings and decision sessions
• establish governance, escalation, reporting, and performance measures
• coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
• monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• support strategy and transformation
• drive process improvement and change management
• prepare executive communications and business cases
• mentor project teams. Candidates must be current Wisconsin residents and attend a Wisconsin office at least quarterly.
