What you'll do

• Evaluate and monitor training programs and instructors
• lead self-assessments
• conduct cognitive trending
• provide real-time coaching
• manage fleet instructor training
• maintain design basis documentation
• support plant refueling outages
• participate in Emergency Response Organization (ERO).
