What you'll do

• Provide Tier I and Tier II support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and business applications
• troubleshoot devices and conference room technology
• deploy computers and equipment
• support onboarding and offboarding
• assist with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online administration
• support security investigations, alert escalation, and CMMC documentation
• test rollouts and maintain technical documentation.
