This role exists to serve as the administrative and organizational backbone of project operations. The Project Coordinator contributes to the company's goals by managing scheduling, documentation, procurement, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.

What you'll do

• Maintain project roadmaps and schedules.
• Schedule meetings and site visits.
• Manage project documentation and client folders.
• Coordinate procurement and track orders.
• Coordinate with Trade Partners.
• Handle financial administration including invoicing.
• Manage project communications.
