What you'll do

• Advise Sales, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams on complex customer solutions
• participate in discovery and scope business requirements, workflows, integrations, data migration, and configurations
• identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and product gaps
• validate solutions against product capabilities and delivery feasibility
• document scope, assumptions, risks, and mitigations
• guide implementation decisions and scope changes
• review partner-led solution designs and plans
• collaborate with Product and Engineering on recurring challenges
• facilitate design sessions
• improve discovery and scoping tools
• coach teams on scalable approaches
• stay current on industry and technology developments.
